 BEEF CASSEROLE

1.5LB LEAN GROUND BEEF

1/2C FINELY CHOPPED ONION

1.5C UNCOOKED RICE

1CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

1CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP

2 SOUP CANS OF WATER

brown ground beef and onion. put in greased 2 Quart casserole. add rice. combine soups in mixing bowl stirring till smooth. pour over rice mixture. bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Makes 8 cups

KILBASA AND CABBAGE SKILLET

8 CUPS CUBED POTATOES

1 HEAD CABBAGE, SHREDDED

16 OZ JENNY O EXTRA LEAN TURKEY KILBASA

CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES

coat fry pan with small amount olive oil, cook potatoes then add KILBASA, lastly cabbage. makes 15 cups

SCALLOPED POTATO AND HAM

4 SLICED POTATO

2 TBSP FLOUR

1 TSP SALT/PEPPER

8 OZ LEAN HAM

1/2 CUP MILK

1 CAN CREAM OF MUSH SOUP

1/2C BREAD CRUMBS

combine flour,salt,pepper. put 4 slices of ham in bottom of greased casserole. top with 1/2 of the sliced

potatoes. sprinkle with half the flour mixture. put put remaining 4 slices ham on top of potatoes. next the remaining potatoes ,and sprinkle remaining seasoned flour on top. mix milk with mushroom soup. pour over bacon potato mixture. top with crumbs. bake 375 for 1 hour. keep covered for the firsthalf hour. remove cover serve. makes a great on dish meal. makes 8 cups

1 Swedish meatball seasoning packet --6 points

2C skim milk--4 points

16oz hamburger --16 points

12 cups pasta--36 points

cook meat with seasoning. make up sauce mix cook pasta mix together, serve. makes 13 cups

STUFFED PEPPERS

1 lb 7% HAMBURGER

1 lg ONION

3 cloves GARLIC

1 can MUSHROOMS

1.5 cups COOKED RICE

1/4 cup CHEESE

1/2 cup

8 green peppers

cook hamburger onion and garlic, till beef is done. add mushrooms, rice, cheese, salsa. steam peppers 3 min. till almost tender. divide between peppers stuff place in baking dish bake at 350 for 20 min.

CABBAGE ROLLS

3 lbs LEAN HAMBURGER

3 lg ONIONS

3 cloves GARLIC

1 can MUSHROOMS

4.5 cups COOKED RICE

1/2 cup CHEDDAR

2 jars SALSA

48 oz CANNED TOMATOES

mix canned tomatoes and salsa. cook hamburger, onion, garlic, mushroom. add rice cheddar and 1 cup tomato mixture. steam cabbage leaves till tender. pour some tomato mixture into bottom of pan. put 1/3 c filling in each cabbage leaf, and roll closed. place in pan cover with more tomato mixture. makes 38 rolls

SAUSAGE POTATO LUNCH SKILLET

1 16oz Jimmy Dean lite sausage or 4 italion link sausages

1 cup sliced green-red-yelow peppers

6 cups raw cubed potato/or cooked pasta

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

1 1/2 cup water

2 TBSP Italian seasoning

brown sausage in large frying pan. when cooked, add potatos-peppers-onion soup mix mixed with water simmer apx. 40 min. till potatoes are tender. makes 8 cups

2 cups shell macaroni

6 oz cheddar, cubed

2 celery stalks

1 green pepper, chopped

1cup frozen peas, defrosted

2/3 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup lite Mayo

1/2 cup ff sour cream

1/4c nonfat milk

1/4cup sweet pickle relish

makes 8 cups.

IMPOSSABLE CHEESE BURGER PIE

2 lbs very lean hamburger

2 onions, chopped

1 tsp pepper

salt to taste

 1 cup reduced fat bisquick

2 cups skim milk

4 eggs

 cook beef and onion till done.stir in salt. divide into 6 single serving loaf pans, place 1 slice of cheese on top of each. mix bisquick, skim milk, eggs. pour equal amounts over each pan. bake 30 min. at 400

12 OZ TUBE JIMMY DEAN LITE SAUSAGE

2PKG DURKEE SAUSAGE GRAVY MIX

brown sausage, set aside in a bowl. Using the same pot prepare gravy according to package direction. when done put sausage into gravy, stir. serve over biscuits.

makes 6 cups

HEARTY EZ HAMBURGER STROGANOFF

16oz Kirkland lean hamb (chubbs)

2 large canned mushrooms

1 palm full garden spice

2 package stroganoff mix

1 package country gravy mix

3 cups water

brown hamburger. put mixes into pot add mushrooms and water stir simmer and stir til thickens serve over rice or pasta.

 makes 10 cups

HAM PARMESAN

ham slices

2 cans diced tomatoes

garden spice

Parmesan cheese

spray large roasting pan with Pam. lay ham down

lightly cover with garden spice. pour on tomatoes.

sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese (fresh not dry)

bake 350 degrees til cheese is melted
