EZ lazy Mediterranean vegetable soup
4 gloves garlic - 0
2 cans beef consume or beef bouillon - 0
1 pound 12 oz can Stewed Italian tomatoes -0
2 cans bean with bacon soup - 15
3 bags Schwann Mediterranean blend veg - 27
water to cover
dump it all in the pot and simmer
makes 32 cups (8QT)

AMAZING LOUSIANA LIMA BEANS
16 oz bag dry baby lima beans
16 oz Hilshire farms turkey smoked sausage cut up into small bites
8 cups of water
1 can Del monte stewed tomatoes with onion, celery, & bellpepper
1 bell pepper diced
2 large onions diced
5 carrots diced
1 zuccini, I used the yellow kind
2 TBSP Smokey seasoning
1 TBSP garlic, chopped
1 bay leaf
Now the best part, this is Sooooo easy
Put everything in a pot and bring to a boil. The beans do not have to be
soaked they go in dry. simmer till vegies and beans are tender serve. You
could also
throw this all in a crock pot and come home to dinner made.
makes 20 cups and ONLY 1.5 POINTS per 1 cup serving.

CHORIZO SOUP
2 cloves GARLIC
2 large ONIONS, CHOPPED
2-4oz. CANS CHOPPED CHILIES
14 oz CHORIZO
4 large ZUCCHINI, SLICED
1 can BEEF CONSOMME
1/2 tsp THYME
4 large RED PEPPERS, CHOPPED
1 can TOMATO PASTE
1 can MEXICAN STYLE STEWED TOMATO
2-16 oz cans HOMINY
4 TBS PARSLEY
2 cans RED KIDNEY BEANS
2 16oz cans BABY CORN
WATER TO COVER
cook the chorizo add everything else in a large pot cover with water, simmer 2- 3 hours.

6oz TURKEY BACON, CHOPPED
2 lg ONIONS, CHOPPED
1.5 cups CHOPPED CELERY
4 CLOVES CHOPPED GARLIC
1.5 tsp BASIL
2 cans CAMPBELL beef consomme
2 cans CAMPBELL bean w/bacon soup
6 SOUP CANS OF WATER
3-14.5 OZ CANS CHOPPED TOMATOES
1/4 HEAD CABBAGE, CHOPPED
3 CUT ZUCCHINI
1 10 OZ PKG FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH
1 16 OZ CAN RED KIDNEY BEANS
1 10 OZ PKG ITALION BEANS
saute turkey bacon with onion, celery, garlic, and basil, till onion limp. put in all other ingredients simmer 1 hour.

1 lb hamburger -- 16
1 large onion--1
1 pkg hidden valley dressing mix -- 2
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 cans red kidney beans -- 14
1 can Denisons chili beans -- 12
1 can corn -3.5
2 cans mexican tomato
1 large can green chili's
4 cups of water
Throw it all in the pot and simmer and hour.

74 oz stew meat
1 can beef consume
1 can gold mushroom soup
28oz can tomato
1 head celery
38 oz potato
10 med carrot
2 cups peas
6 cups cabbage
1 large onion
1/4 cup worshire
1/4 cup steak pepper
1/4 cup Italian seasoning
2 TBSP garlic
1 pound frozen Italian green beans
cook meat. til done, add everything else in large pot cover with water. simmer all day
makes 64c --- 2 POINTS PER CUP

CHINESE SOUP
chips for topping
coat flour tortillas with Hoisin sauce--
bake @ 300 for 30 min. or until crisp
1 pork roast (16 oz)--8 points**
marinate in Hoisin sauce, 2T sesame oil, and wine for 1 hour
spray pot with Pam, cook meat, set aside.
in large pot cook
6 cloves of garlic
4 large carrots
8 cups shredded cabbage (1 head)
2 (15oz) cans straw mushrooms, drained
then add
1 head bok choy, sliced
2 cans water chestnuts, drained
2 cans baby carrots, drained
10 green onions, sliced
6 cans chicken broth
6 TBSP soy sauce
6 TBSP worcestershire sauce
3 TBSP grated fresh ginger
3 TBSP lemon juice
2 cups sliced red and yellow peppers
1/2 bottle Hoisin sauce
1/3 cup wine
add everything to the pot except the chips bring to a boil, turn to low, simmer 2 hours.
serve over rice or with chips.
1/2 point per cup--for the soup without rice or chips.

Pizza soup
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
8 ounces sliced pepperoni sausage
8 ounces cooked italian sausage
1 cup beef stock
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1 Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. cook italian sausage, onions, mushrooms, and green pepper until soft but not brown.
2 Add tomatoes, stock, pepperoni , and basil. Cook until heated through.
3 Sprinkle cheese over each bowl, and broil to melt.
